The tender jackfruit was soft juicy and tender. Cooked easily but probably already has some salt so season conservatively.
I am not a big fan of jackfruit but this one was tender, easy to cook and so flavourful. Would be ordering more soon.
The product is Bang on. It was so easy to cook with. I made burger pattice out of it and it tasted so good.
Kathalfy Tender is very tasty and with rich and protein. Natural taste and smooth tender, i can replace with meat easily.
I left non-veg sometime ago and even when I didn’t feel like going back to it, I felt that when I made the sabzi from this kathal - it made my day! I couldn’t have thought that there would be a time when jackfruit would be so easily accessible and available with a click but I loved it.
